Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 November 2026
OneNet TV is a free app and website for watching free live TV channels and free movies. This policy explains what information is used when you use OneNet TV, on the website (https://tv.example.com) and in the Android app.
No account, no personal details
OneNet TV has no sign-up or login. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or location.
Information kept on your device
Your favourite channels, recently watched channels and movies, the episode you reached in a series, where you stopped in a movie and your chosen countries, categories and languages are saved only on your own device (in the app's storage or your browser's local storage). They are not sent to us. Clearing the app's data, or your browser's site data, deletes them.
Information our server receives
- Technical request data. Like any website, our server receives your IP address and the type of device or browser when the app loads lists of channels and movies. It is used only to deliver the service and protect it from abuse, and server logs are deleted after at most 30 days.
- Viewing counts. When something starts playing, the app sends which channel or movie it was, the time and the kind of device (web, Android phone or Android TV). No identifier of you or your device is sent. We use these counts to see what is popular. They are deleted after 180 days.
- Problem reports and channel requests. If you report a problem or request a channel, we receive what you chose and anything you typed, with the kind of device. Please do not type personal information there.
Video sources
OneNet TV does not host video. Each channel or movie plays directly from its source, for example the broadcaster's own streaming server or the Internet Archive. Those servers receive your IP address and device information, as with any video you watch online.
YouTube
Some channels, movies and dramas are the official YouTube streams and videos of broadcasters and studios. OneNet TV plays them with YouTube's embedded player and uses YouTube API Services. When the YouTube player is used, YouTube and Google collect and use information as described in the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy). YouTube may also show its own ads in its player.
Advertising
OneNet TV is free because it shows ads. Ads are served by Google: AdMob in the Android app, and Google AdSense and Google Interactive Media Ads on the website. These services allow third parties to serve content, including advertisements, and they collect and use information on or from your device, such as your device's advertising ID, cookies or similar technologies, your IP address and how you interact with ads, to show ads, to measure them and to prevent fraud. Learn more in how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice later in the app's settings.
- On Android you can reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalisation in your device's settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
Children
OneNet TV is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. Apart from the video sources, YouTube and the Google advertising services described above, we do not share information with anyone, unless the law requires it.
Security
The app and website talk to our server over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Your choices and contact
You can stop all collection by our server by uninstalling the app or not using the website. To ask about this policy, or to ask us to delete a problem report or channel request you sent, email onenetpk@gmail.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
